Opportunity to walk around FESTFU in virtual format

FESTFU has launched a project of university’s virtual tours. Now everyone has the opportunity to visit our university without leaving home. To do this, just go to the special section "Virtual tour" on the official website of the university.

“Creation of panoramic tours in 360-degree format is no longer a technical innovation. However, in recent years, such decisions have become increasingly relevant both for applicants and for friends and guests of the university. Unfortunately, the limitations associated with the coronavirus prevent us from conducting large-scale events such as Doors Open Days. Nevertheless, interest in our University does not fade away from this and the creation of such virtual projects helps to solve this problem. I am sure that many applicants living in areas remote from the city, as well as partners of the university, will appreciate our idea”, - commented Pavel Pastukhov, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Informatization.

Currently, several objects in the format of virtual tours have been implemented, including: the student club "Pallada", the marine biology museum of FESTFU, the library complex, the training sailing ship "Pallada", the video studio for recording online courses and the sports complex of the university. In the near future, the list of objects for virtual visits is planned to be significantly expanded. In addition to online tours, users will also be able to obtain additional information about the facilities located on the territory of the building and contact the supervising departments of the university. In addition, the virtual tour can be used as a navigation map around the university campus.
