Russian Language Study Program

Duration: 1 year (from September to July).
Application Period for Invitations: From May to October.
To apply for the invitation, you need to send a copy of your passport and specify the location where you will obtain your visa in a foreign country.
Classes are held in groups of no more than 15 students, with a total of 24 hours of instruction per week.
At the end of the program, students take an exam to assess their knowledge of the Russian language. Those who pass the exam successfully will receive a certificate from the FESTFU.

To enroll in the program, applicants must provide a high school diploma or a certificate of secondary vocational education, a certificate of Russian language proficiency, and pass the internal examination at Far Eastern State Technical Fisheries University (FESTFU).

When applying for an invitation, a copy of the passport must be sent along with the intended location for visa issuance in a foreign country.

At the end of their studies, students undergo a state final certification, and upon successfully passing the exam, they receive a state diploma of the Russian Federation.

Master's Degree Programs


Duration of Study: 2 years.
Application Period for Invitations: From May to July.

To apply for the program, candidates must provide a bachelor's degree, a certificate of proficiency in the Russian language, and pass an internal examination at the Far Eastern State Technical Fisheries University (FESTFU).

When applying for an invitation, it is necessary to send a copy of the passport and indicate the intended location for obtaining a visa in the People's Republic of China.

At the end of their studies, students undergo a state final certification, and upon successful completion of the exam, they receive a state diploma recognized by the Russian Federation.
